 One of the very rare cats to see,Serval cat.

 Very small in that when they are in taller grass zones they are not easily seen.

 Very hot day for these girls who they were very hungry despite the fact that thousands of wildbeest and zebras were all over their territory,Lions are opportuinistic cats.

 Hunting time in through croton bushes.Leopards are mostly seeb early mornings and late afternoons but in undisturbed places they can be seen at day time.

 Common warthog feeding,leopards can take them down.

One  Zebra crossing at paradise main crossing,a crocodile following it but lucky for the zebra that he was not caught.

 After the action,they do several times in the beginning of their mating but few times towards tha last day.

 Two male buffalos watching the marsh pride of lions in musiara marsh.The four dominant male lions in marsh pride have developed habits of bringing down fully grown bufallos and for these guys they have to be very careful.

 Marsh pride of lions with there cubs,Elephants on background.They are two of the big five,with lions being the king of the jungle but elephants overpower them!

 When you are in musiar marsh,there are so many species of birds here and these sacred ibises  were following a herd of elephants to feed on the insects that are disturbed by their movements.

 I took this picture from a small pond by Governors airstrip when we were watching Hippos.

 Egyptian geese with sacred ibis by the pond,these guys get plenty of food in here.

 Common hippos spending there day in the pond above leaving to feed by night.They get submerged for upto 5 minutes then come out to breathe.

 Thomson's gazelles males who they stopped fighting after we got there.

 Cheetah with her cubs near double crossing.Being non territorial we spotted her again a few days later 11 km from where she is in this picture.

 Sun set,Two Giraffes in it.In most mornings and evening sighting giraffes by Governors gate are common providing good sunrise or sun set photo.

                                         Elephants live in herds,this family near came from mara North conservancy.

 Here is the matriarch or leader of the herd,the biggest and the oldest female.She makes decision on what to do,where to go among other responsibilities.

 The same family feeding only about 500 yards from Marsh pride of lions,one of the cubs shown below.Elephants being so big push lions away of their paths.

 Lion,s cub who his family was close to the elephants above but mum moved them to a more safe distance.

 Male lion on a zebra kill.It was killed by female lions but males grabbed it.

 His brother have had enough.A fully grown zebra would sufficiently feed about 5 lions.

 Black backed jackal after waiting for long time eventually got what to feed on from the zebra kill above.

 Warthog's family,very few piglets make to maturity and all the best to these three.

 Hippos of the mara river,they spend their day in the water and night time feeding because their skin is vulnerable to sunheat.

 A male masai Giraffe browsing,males are taller than females and they get to get much more than their ladies.

 Southern Ground hornbill,they are known to live for more than 40 years.
